Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds for Coaching

The Client agrees to join the scheduled Google Meet call at the designated appointment time. Both the Coach and Client commit to starting and finishing the session on time. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late, the Coach will assume the session is canceled, and the Client will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours before the appointment. If a session is canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours in advance, the Client will receive a 50% refund, and a new session will need to be booked. For mentorship packages, cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
